Minimum Order: $200.00

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for misprints.

Telephone orders are taken by our quick and knowledgeable sales staff that can assist you with any questions you may have.

Website orders or e-mail orders are accepted as purchase or-ders, and followed up by an account manager’s telephone call.

Shipping Terms: All orders will be shipped out UPS Ground (FedEx Ground upon request). Most shipments are shipped same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following business day. Each order is assessed freight, insurance, and a handling fee.

Payment Terms: Orders are shipped in any of the following: Prepaid, COD Money Order, COD Company Check (upon approval), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or Net Terms (to approved accounts only).

Refused Shipments: If a COD order is refused, a customer will be charged a $25.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus freight costs, and will be put on prepaid terms for future orders.

Returned Checks: Customer will incur a $35.00 fee for a returned check.

Late Payments: Term customers will incur a 10% late fee for delayed payments of 10 or more days.

Taxes: Customers are responsible for all taxes within their local jurisdiction.

Past due accounts with returned checks will revert to prepaid terms.

Credit Policy: Established businesses may apply for open account status. Applications are available upon request. Customer must have order history. Upon receipt of the com-pleted and signed credit form, it will be processed as quickly as possible. A negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account via our credit department.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us either by telephone or fax of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase re-ceipt. Please notify your account manager as soon as possible.
