The ‘Paperless’ Revolution?We are moving towards a more ‘digital’ office - where use of paper will be reduced, they said. But here are some staggering facts:

With all the paper we waste each year, we can build a 24 foot high wall of paper all the way through the north to the south, and from the east to the west of India!

Paper accounts for 34% of all landfill waste and 41% of municipal waste.

18% of landfill waste is accounted for by textile and other post-consumer waste.

36.3 trillion tonnes of paper is used by Indian offices. Every year.

It takes 5 liters of water to produce one piece of A4 paper.
