After discussions with Monsignor Picard and the Priests, Saint Andrew Church will no longer have a 7:00PM Mass moving forward. This decision was not made lightly, but is a result of many factors. We apologize for any

inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for understanding.

For the Mass Intentions that will be affected by this change, a Mass will be offered specifically for your loved one, and their name will be announced at the 12:00PM Mass on your chosen date.

UNBOUND is ministry of healing in which a trained prayer team prays with individuals to assist them in overcoming the spiritual obstacles they encounter in their path to Christian discipleship and take hold of

greater freedom in Christ.

We use an approach to deliverance and healing prayer developed by Neal Lozano. The prayer model’s focus is on an individual, while the prayer leader deeply listens to their story and heart. It is a safe, loving, eff ective prayer model that helps people to respond to the good news of the Gospel.

Our purpose is to assist you in responding to Jesus Christ, who off ers every person the possibility of growing ever more deeply in spiritual freedom.

To learn more about the ministry, or to make an appointment, please call Anita Colahan at (215) 804-9569, or email [email protected]. Questions may also be directed to Fr. Marc Capizzi at (215) 968-2262 x15 or via email at [email protected].

IS GOD CALLING YOU?

RCIA

RITE OF CHRISTIANINITIATION OF ADULTS

COME, FOLLOW MESince Jesus invited His first followers to “Come, follow me,” the image of journey has been used to describe Christian discipleship. For each of us, faith is a journey marked with moments of conversion along the way... we move from unbelief to initial faith, from sin to repentance, from painful isolation to the joyful experience of belonging to a loving community, from fear to love.

Faith, conversion, repentance, celebration and community - five (5) basic elements that are present in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). The RCIA provides a setting where the journey of faith and moments of conversion can be celebrated within the local Church community. The purpose of RICA is literally “the making of Christians,” for as Tertullian in the 4TH century wrote: “Christians are made, not born.”

This invitation is extended to those who want to become a member of the Catholic church, including anyone who has never been baptized or affiliated with any church or anyone who has been baptized in another denomination.

HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING?

Please invite them to a RCIA session - a place to ask questions and seek understanding, in the Parish Meeting

Room on Mondays at 7:00PM.

If you are interested and/or have any questions, please contact:
