Between 2013 and now:
• More than 9,040 of NHS staff participated in approximately 500
interventions delivered by TVW Leadership Academy, including
workshops, programmes, masterclasses, conferences and other
interventions
• £9.8 million additional investment, which allowed us to engage a
further ca 20K NHS staff in local leadership interventions
• 1,942 Twitter followers with over 100K impressions annually
• 315 TVW accredited coaches and mentors provide support to
over 1061 NHS staff who registered on TVW Coaching and
Mentoring Register and access our service
• 115 TVW HLM facilitators provided 360 feedback for 1786 NHS staff
and 5091 individuals completed HLM self-assessment

• Transformational Conversations and Summits attended by 257

• HCC Care Homes Leadership Development Programmes for First-
line Leaders in Registered Services and Registered Managers

• Learning Disabilities Transforming Care Programme with 48

• Leading and Managing for High Performance with 104 participants
• To develop our TVW Internal Coaches and Mentors we designed and delivered:
• Face-to-face CPD sessions with more than 20 Coaches and Mentors attending each session
• Newly launched CPD webinars attended by 54 Coaches and Mentors to date
• Increased the number of coaches in Primary Care by delivering a cohort of ILM 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
• Professionalised Mentoring by delivering a cohort of EMCC Bespoke Mentoring Programme at Practitioner level
• Commissioned a cohort of Coach Supervisor training to support the supervision of our internal coaches and mentors
• Delivering an Executive Director/Senior Leader ILM 7 cohort and ILM 5 BAME cohort in Coaching and Mentoring
• Continue to support NHS teams across Thames Valley and Wessex through Team Coaching

• Established the TVW Inclusion Network of over 80 E&D champions with more than 20 of them attending quarterly meetings
• Co-designed and delivered the first ever Compassionate Inclusive Leadership Programme to support EDI leads
• Planned and delivered targeted interventions including BAME Self-discovery Workshops, Play to Your Strengths Masterclasses for women only, Innovation in Inclusion workshop for EDI leads
• Just launched another ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching Programme for BAME to increase the BAME representation of our faculty

Organisation Development (OD)
highlights• Supported OD Practitioners across the region to ensure they have the
skills they need to work effectively at systems level, including Systems Consulting Skills programmes which were then followed by Virtual Transformation Challenge Clinics to help participants further embed their skills and share best practice
• Supported our stakeholders in adapting the Leadership and Culture Tool at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust
• Launched our first Foundations of OD in Primary Care cohort to support those tasked with driving change and enable an OD mindset
• Provided input/support to the different OD networks across our systems around key areas such as talent management.

Primary Care (PC) highlights
• Designed, piloted and outsourced tailored interventions, including PC
Leadership Programme, Care Home Manager Leadership Programme,
Foundations of Organisation Development for PC
• Lead on the development of the virtual Learning to Lead toolkit for doctors
in training, rolled out nationally.
• Co-designed and co-delivered PC leadership programmes
in partnership, including the General Practice Nurse
programme, and Mid-Career GP programme
• Designed and facilitated the HEETV Fellowship scheme.
• Introduced PC to the benefits of coaching and mentoring through developing
PC coaches via an ILM5 coaching opportunity and offering PC
interventions, e.g. Coaching Conversations and Coach to Lead
• Actively involved in supporting Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in TVW
• Continue to build connections and work together with STPs, ICSs, Training
Hubs and other stakeholders to support leadership development
• Designed and delivered the STP Change Leaders Masterclass series and Influencing the System Programme leading the way in system leadership development 'ahead of the curve’.
• Funded and procured dedicated expert facilitators to work with STPs/ICSs to provide tailored system leadership support.
• Obtained Mary Seacole licence for delivery of local programmesacross the systems in TVW and the South East region
• Recently delivered a series of Systems Leadership masterclasses across TVW to support the development of existing and future system leaders, including Public Narrative, Framing and Reframing.
• 43 Trainees from TVW have been appointed to participate in the GMTS to date

• Stimulated TM work across TVW, including Organisational and System Level TM
• Undertook a system and organisational
TM stocktake across 6 systems and 74organisations to provide a baseline for the SE RTB.
• Have designed and developed TM Practitioner programme which has been scaled up and is now delivered nationally
• Provided dedicated TM Bursaries to organisations and systems to accelerate their local TM practice.
