1. Enter TH Official Website and choose icon e-Perolehan.

2. In the Basic Information Page provide basic details about the company as per below:

Enter the following Company Details: -

Company Name

Country

SST Registration Number (enter if any or else please enter the ROC No.)

ROC Number (Pendaftaran SSM)

3. Enter the following Contact Information and click Next Button.

Email

Contact Person

Phone Area Code (Kod Negeri)

Phone Number

Mobile Number

4. In Company Details page, create Address in Address Book Region by clicking Create Button.

Enter the Site Address and click Apply Button.

5. Enter Business Classification and Attachments whichever is applicable. Enter the Certificate Number and Expiration Date then click Next Button.

Save as Draft:

Click on ‘Save as Draft’ Button to save the information entered if willing to continue later.

A registration link will be sent to the provided email address. Supplier/vendor may click

the link to continue the registration process.

6. In the Additional Information page, enter information whichever is applicable. MOF Kod Bidang

Note: If the information still incomplete, the vendor may click “Save as Draft” Button (Valid for up to 14 days). After the expiration of 14 days, the vendor have to refill/apply the vendor online registration from the beginning.

Click on Search toolbar;

Enter ‘%’ and Click Go button to display MOF Kod Bidang list;

Select the value and click on Select Button;

7. BANK Info

Select the Bank Name from the list of values and enter Account Number;

8. Board of Directors Enter board of director Names;

9. Share Holders

Enter Share Holder Names;

11. Business Owner Info (Enterprise)

Enter business owner Name;

Select Business ownership info from the list of values;

12. Work Experience

Enter recent 3 work experience and the project value in RM.

Click Next Button; Click on Add Attachment Button;

13. In the Attachments page, enter information whichever is applicable.

Enter Attachment Title and Description; Click on Browse Button and select the file to attach;

Note: Please make sure all supporting documents required have been scanned first to be uploaded into system as ‘Attachments’ before submitting the vendor online registration in order to ensure smooth process.

Click on Add Another Button to attach another file; Once all the files are attached, click on Apply Button;

Click on Submit Button.

14. Supplier/Vendor may view and save the Borang Permohonan Pendaftaran via system by clicking ‘View Borang Permohonan’ Button and Save Button.

Click on Open Button to view the Borang.

More Information Requested by Lembaga Tabung Haji

1. If the information or documents provided by supplier/vendor are insufficient or

incomplete, Tabung Haji will request more information from the supplier/vendor. In that case, supplier/vendor will receive an email with a URL link to respond.

Click on the URL link from the email.

In the Note Section, supplier/vendor can find the information requested. Click on Respond Button to update the information or attach any requested document.

2. In the Attachments page, add any additional document;

Once all the required files attached, click on Submit Button. Upon approval supplier will receive an email with ‘User Name’ and ‘Temporary Password’ to access Tabung Haji iSupplier Portal (ePS).

Note: 1. The successful Supplier/Vendor will receive a note called “Arahan Bayaran” via email notification which

informing of the need to upload a scanned ‘payment receipt’ into the system.

2. Approval will be made once the ‘payment receipt ‘ is received and uploaded into the system.

3. Once the application has been fulfilled with all requirements needed, the successful Supplier/Vendor will receive an email notification informing the application has been Approved.

4. Next, the successful Supplier/Vendor will receive the following information: i). Supplier Number; ii). Username dan temporary password; iii). Company Registration Certificate called “Sijil Pendaftaran Syarikat” may be printed through the system.

5. The unsuccessful Supplier/Vendor will receive an email notification informing of the Rejected

application.

How to Print the ‘Sijil Pendaftaran Syarikat’

1. Login as a Supplier.

2. From the Main Menu click on Supplier Profile Manager > Supplier Details.

3. Click on ‘Print Sijil’ Button;

Click on ‘Print Sijil’ Button;

Click on ‘Open’ Button to open the Sijil Pendaftaran Syarikat;

Save or Print the Sijil.
