Science Center Update
It’s been a busy Winter break for the Science Center construction. The exterior of the West end is look-ing more and more complete, while the interior con-tinues to move along with drywall, windows and door frames. Framing of the interior walls in the East end has also begun. In addition to the build-ing’s progress, the new amphitheater space adjacent to the building is making progress, with a cement pour last week that included the first completed ex-terior stairs. With the terraced grading appearing complete, we are excited about future pours that will result in an impressive amphitheater to be used for future events, presentations and activities. The building is scheduled for completion at the end of May, with the first full semester of classes in Fall 2020!
