Mr. Deepak Agrawal serves as the Head of Project Planning Monitoring & Contracts Cell at Corporate office of KMC Constructions Ltd. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from MS University of Baroda and Post Graduate in Advanced Strategy Management from IIM, Lucknow.

He comes with an experience of 26 years in the field of Project Management, Corporate Strategy, Planning, Contract Management & Claims, Value Engineering, and Risk Management in Infrastructure construction sector including Highways, Railways & Industrial Construction which spans a wide-range of assignments in PPP & EPC projects.

In his illustrious career, he has worked for Larsen & Toubro Ltd, GMR Infrastructure Ltd, Hindustan Construction Company Ltd, John Laing Infrastructure, IVRCL Ltd, AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd & ESSAR Group.

He provides leadership for the entire gamut of technical services of the organization. He has a Significant track record and demonstrated success in managing complex project execution, unique processes and long-term strategic planning to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Dr. Hemlata Vyas is B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, India, MBA and PhD from MDI, Gurgaon. She has also completed her Diploma in Project Management from George Washington University, USA. In a career spanning more than 20 years, she has served prestigious

companies like Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. and Jindal Power Ltd. Her diversified experience is in various areas like Engineering, Project Concept to Commissioning, Operations, Commercial, Contracts, Procurement and Risk Management.

Dr. Vyas is presently working as Head, Contracts & Procurement at GMR Energy Ltd, Hydro SBU. The GMR Group has a significant presence in the power sector through its power companies, under the flagship of GMR Energy Ltd (GMR Group). GMR Group holds the distinction of being the first private company to develop 1500 MW hydro power plants in Nepal.

She is a member of Institute of Supply Management, USA; Indian Institute of Material Management and a member of the Expert Group on Transmission Lines, CBIP.

She has published over 15 papers in National / International Journals and co-authored two manuals one on Operation and Maintenance of Transmission Lines and another on Design of Transmission Lines published by CBIP.

She is certified in Project Management, Risk Management and Complex Project Management by IPMA.

She is a Teacher of the Art of Living Foundation.
