Instructions for filling up the Examination Form for appearing in December 2010 Examination.

1. Clear all dues by getting a Bank Draft made in the name of "The Global Open University, Nagaland"payable at New Delhi and send the same along with the filled up Examination Form to the Controllerof Examination, The Global Open University Nagaland, A 14-15, Paryavaran Complex, South ofSaket, New Delhi - 110030 before 30 October 2010.

2. The Examination Fee is to be paid separately @ Rs. 150 per theory paper and Rs. 300 for Thesis inthe form of Draft.

3. The assignments for all papers are to be submitted before 30 October 2010 in the form of MiniProject Reports by selecting a topic related to the paper and preparing a report of 40 to 50 pages bycollecting information from our study materials or from outside.

4. Students in the past have been admitted in different Sessions viz. 2007J, 2007D, 2008J, 2008D,2009J, 2009D and 2010J. Students from these Sessions will be allowed to appear in the respectiveexaminations based on their eligibility.

5. Students doing their Bachelor's Degrees can appear in only one year's examination. Based on theireligibility they can appear in either first year or second year or third year examination.

6. Students admitted under semester system are not allowed to appear in more than two semesterstogether.

7. Students doing their Master's Degrees are required to clear first year examination and then appearin the second year examination.

8. No student has been admitted in M.Phil. in 2009J, 2009D and 2010J Batches. Students admitted inM.Phil. in 2007J, 2007D, 2008J and 2008D Session may clear their backlogs as December 2010examination will be last attempt for them.

9. The Admit Cards will be despatched to the examinees in the first week of December 2010 on theiraddress mentioned in the Examination Form. Students must mention their correct address forcorrespondence. The Results may be withheld if the forms are not filled-up by the examinees.

CIRCULAR REGARDING DECEMBER 2010 EXAMINATION SENT ALONG WITH EXAM FORMS TO ALL STUDENTS

SUBJECT : FORWARDING OF EXAMINATION FORMS FOR DECEMBER 2010 EXAMINATIONLAST DATE OF THE RECEIPT OF COMPLETED EXAMINATION FORM IS 30 OCTOBER 2010

Dear Examinee,

We are enclosing the University Examination Form for enabling you to appear in December 2010 Examination to be held atdifferent locations (as per list mentioned in the Examination Form. The schedule of Examination is mentioned below :

You must do the following for appearing in December 2010 Examination :

You are accordingly being directed to fill-up the enclosed Examination Form and send the same along with the ExaminationFee and the dues (second / third / fourth / fifth / sixth / final instalments) in the name of "The Global Open University,Nagaland" payable at New Delhi latest by 30 October 2010.

FINAL NOTICE : The Examination Forms will not be accepted after 30 October 2010 in any case. Students who do notsubmit the Examination Form before 30 October 2010 will not be allowed to appear in the examination. The enclosedcircular may also be read and understood.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL STUDENTS STUDYING AT THEGLOBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY NAGALAND CONTEMPLATING

TO APPEAR IN DECEMBER 2010 EXAMINATION

1. The last date of the Receipt of completed Examination Form is 30 October2010.

2. The Examination Form for appearing in December 2010 Examination isplaced on our official website www.nagaland.net.in

3. The completed Examination Forms received after 30 October 2010 in personor by post will not be accepted at all and the same will be returned back tothe respective students on the address mentioned by them in the ExaminationForm.

4. Students / Examinees must mention their own address for correspondenceand permanent address in the Admission / Examination Forms. Results ofthe Semester / Annual Examinations, Marks Sheets / Degree Certificateswill not be issued if these addresses are found incorrect.

5. The completed Examination Forms will not be accepted if the students havenot cleared their dues.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEW ADMISSIONS

1. No payment of fee is allowed in instalments from September 1, 2010.Accordingly the entire payment (full fee as mentioned in the new prospectus)is to be made at the time of admission.

2. The Identity Card and the full set of Study Materials will be despatched /handed over to the students at the time of admission.
