TGB has long been established as a world leader in the manufacture of quality All Terrain Vehicles. Established in 1978 the company comprises of two manufacturing plants & employs over 400 people, with over 30 years experience as a major manufacturer.

The engineering team at TGB is focused on quality control to a level that inspires product confi dence beyond all expectations, with each ATV passing a strenuous regime of testing & quality checks both during the assembly process & at fi nal inspection. The TGB ATV model range has been specifi cally tailored to meet the harsh Australian environment with a superior level of standard equipment & features allowing the operator confi dence to push the boundaries.

TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINEThe TGB CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) maximises the high output engine power and torque delivery providing the optimal drive ratio for any terrain or load situation. The CVT’s seamless operation reduces component wear and tear while delivering unrivalled comfort and ease of use. The CVT unit ensures controlled descents with smooth engagement of the engine braking system. Transmission user select controls include High and Low range with Neutral and Reverse that are ergonomically located for ease of operation. The high performance, low maintenance theme continues from the transmission to the fully sealed shaft drive unit through to the fi nal drive.

24 MONTH WARRANTYThe 24 month parts and labour standard warranty coverage provides the purchaser with a level of confi dence unmatched by many of the competitors in the ATV marketplace. This level of manufacturer product support is a direct result of the extensive product research, development and rigorous testing.

READY FOR WORKThe TGB ATV Blade models include standard fi tment of a range of additional protection equipment including full coverage front brush bar mounted to the standard heavy duty front rack for enhanced impact resistance. Heavy gauge rear protection bar and heavy duty rear carry rack. Standard drive train protection guards including Constant Velocity Joint protection for extreme conditions. The fi tment of large diameter alloy wheels with heavy duty 6 ply tyres as standard on all four wheel drive models sets the standard for impact and puncture resistance. Standard fender extensions for wet area conditions. Standard impact resistant hand guards for operator safety and comfort.

STANDARD PASSENGER & LIMITED ROAD USE COMPLIANCEThe TGB Blade model range is Dual Seat Confi guration as standard for both operator and passenger with increased foot well area incorporating designated passenger footrests. The inclusion of limited road use compliance requirements as standard enhances the versatility of the TGB Blade range for user groups requiring access to public roads and areas.

EASY USE OPERATOR CONTROLS & FEATURESThe TGB Blade range ensures ease of operation and operator comfort with an ergonomically designed layout including a multifunction dash display incorporating a Speedometer, Tachometer, Trip meter, Hour meter, Fuel gauge and more. The inclusion of the linked braking system provides smooth, powerful and controlled braking from the standard ventilated discs in all conditions. Handle bar mounted easy access controls including, 2WD/4WD select and diff lock operation (model specifi c) combine with multi park brake options and override system that ensure a level of control beyond expectation.

INDEPENDENT REAR SUSPENSION (IRS)The fully independent multi link rear suspension with spring preload adjustment offers the rider increased levels of comfort and stability. The spring preload feature also provides adjustment to cater for variations in cargo and load requirements.

LOCKING FRONT DIFFERENTIALThe locking front differential fi tted standard to the Blade 460 IRS assists in ensuring forward momentum is maintained even in the most challenging of terrain and traction conditions. The easy access, on demand, electronic differential lock and 2WD/4WD mode selector switch provides the rider full steering control throughout the mode selection process.

Featuring larger diameter 14 inch alloy wheels with heavy duty 6ply tyres, the locking front differential plus fully independent front and rear suspension provide the highest levels of usability and comfort.

14 INCH ALLOY WHEELSThe larger diameter 14 inch alloy wheels offer improved ground clearance and assist with traction by offering a larger tyre to surface contact area for those hard to access areas.
