EcoTexTM - TT

New generation eco friendly one shot product for high speed shuttle

less loom woven warp yarn counts from 6s to 30’s cotton terry towels.

Product nature is blend of grafted polymers with anionic polymer. It

contains maximum 13% moisture and optimized viscosity level for

heavy fabric construction.

Cooking Method :

Just add required quantity of EcoTexTM - TT to water in pressure cooker

and cook @ 130ºC. Then retain in cooker for 15 to 30 minutes.



EcoTexTM SL20 - ONE SHOT PRODUCT

Powder type unique one shot product which needs NO EXTRA nativestarch, modified starch, binder, softener, lubricant to be added further.It is mainly used for Shuttle less loom woven warp yarns count up to30S (Cotton, P/V, P/C) . This product is entirely biodegradable andecological.

COOKING

Just add required quantity of EcoTexTM- SL20 to water, cook @ 130ºCfor 25 to 30 minutes. Then retain in cooker for 15 to 30 minutes. Thesize mix is ready to use.

EcoTexTM PF40 - ONE SHOT PRODUCT

PVA FREE Powder type unique one shot product which needs no extranative starch, modified starch, binder, softener, lubricant to be addedfurther. It is mainly used for shuttle less loom woven warp yarns upto30s cotton. Absence of PVA , POLY ACRYALTES, POLYESTERRESIN , FORMALDEHYDE RESIN ,will be useful for sizing of yarns forexports. This product is entirely biodegradable and ecological.

Physical form : Off white color powder.

Chemical composition : Bio polymer

pH of 2% Solution : 6 – 7.5

Moisture content : Max 13 %

COOKING

Just add required quantity of ECOTEXTM- PF40 to water, cook @130ºC for 25 to 30 minutes. Then retain in cooker for 15 to 30 minutes.The size mix is ready to use.



ECOTEXTM SL50- ONE SHOT PRODUCT

Powder type unique one shot product which needs no extra nativestarch, modified starch, binder, softener, lubricant to be added further. Itis mainly used for Shuttle less loom woven warp yarns count above 30s

to 50’s compact (Cotton, P/V, P/C). Absence of Formaldehyde resin,will be useful for sizing of yarns for exports. This product is entirelybiodegradable and ecological.

60s to 100’s compact cotton. Absence of Formaldehyde resin ,will be

useful for sizing of yarns for exports. This product is entirely

biodegradable and ecological.

COOKING

Just add required quantity of EcoTexTM-SL60 to water and cook @

130ºC for 25 to 30 minutes. Then retain in cooker for 15 to 30 minutes.

EcoTexTM SL100 - PVA free one shot product

New generation eco friendly one shot product for high speed shuttle

less loom woven warp yarn counts from 60s to 100’s compact cotton.

Product nature is blend of grafted polymers with anionic polymer. It

contains maximum 13% moisture and optimized viscosity level for

heavy fabric construction. Easily disperse in cold water with little

swelling behavior due to it's high binding property. High penetration and

plasticizing property provides better weavability on heavy construction

fabrics .

COOKING METHOD

SIZEMAGIK TM - LP4 - One Shot Product

An Unique copolymer warp yarn sizing agent for Cotton, Rayon ,

Modal Polyester and Blends of Polyester /Cotton/Viscose Spun yarns.

Heavy fabric constructions are easier to weave at low size add-on using

SizeMagik-LP4. Low add-on also permits greater protection on high

speed looms expensive reeds and sensitive mechanical parts life .

Reduced dropping level in sizing and weaving it provide more comfortable

working conditions and reduce maintenance cost.

SIZE MIX PREPARATION

Sprinkle the SizeMagik-LP4 gradually in cold water with slow

stirring. Close the pressure cooker door and give the steam to reach 25

psi .

Being one shot product technical man power can be utilized for high tech jobs

and any skilled labor can prepare the mixing and thus reduce the time of the

valuable technical skills.

It is mainly used for Shuttle less loom woven warp yarns count above 30s to

50’s.

It gives very consistent viscosity of size mix and concentration from beginning

to the end of the sizing process and assures uniform size pickup.

Better binding strength will arrest hairiness which will avoid droppings and no

powder on looms or over the sizing machine which will increase the weaving

efficiency.

No size mark or size patches while at sizing machine stop, reducing second

quality fabrics percentage to 0.075 % in 100 meters.

Manual error, while using various sizing products can be totally eliminated.

It ensures easy leasing.

SIZEMAGIKTM - PB - One Shot Product

Unique one shot product in flakes form. Spatiality product

for all type of polyester blend yarns. It act as binder, softener, lubricant ,

emulsifying , penetrating, plasticizing agents. Also recommended to

100%cotton OE , rings spun yarn for power loom and shuttle less loom

applications .

Powerful lubricating cum penetrating agent with binding property for

Linen and polyester yarns for direct warp and sectional warp. The

primary purpose of the product is to increase the abrasion resistance

of sized warp yarn. Wax and tallow base softeners and lubricants are

hydrophobic in nature.SPECIFICATIONS

AngeLube™ - CE100

Angelube™- CE100 contains 100% hydrophilic heads.

It's provides penetrating power and also cold water soluble. It's easy

biodegradable and not affect the binding property of the size mix.

Angelube™-CE100 has fully emulsifying property and it's act as excellent

leveling agent. It provides even film property to whole size mix. It directly

reduce warp breakages and improve productivity in fabric formation.

AltexBond TM - CO25 - ACRYLATE CO POLYMER BINDER

Acrylate co polymer binder for all types of warp yarn sizing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Appearance : Opaque syrupy liquid

Solubility : Easily soluble in cold water

APPLICATION

AltexBond-CO25 can be use along with native starch and

modified starch for lighter to heavier fabric constructions in 5 to

20% dosage.



FibreSoft™-12 - Synthetic softener

APPLICATION

Semi solid type synthetic softener designed for use in Cotton,

Rayon , Modal , Polyester and Blends of Polyester /Cotton/Viscose

Spun yarns. It improves the smoothness and flexibility of fabric

yarns by applying in cooker . It improves the weaving performance by

increasing the abrasion resistance. It also withstand the effects of

hard water.
