Composite membranes for textile architecture, manufactured according to the exclusive Précontraint® technology.• Optimum and controlled translucency• Exceptional dimensional stability and consistency of production from
batch to batch• Long term durability thanks to a superior top coat thickness• Fluotop® T2 surface treatment• 20 year experience in high concentration PVDF formulation for better
weathering and better aesthetics.• Formula S surface treatment• Calibrated PVDF treatment designed for permanent or temporary structures• Production possible in a wide range of colors• 100 % recyclable through the Texyloop process• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data available

Thermal performance: membrane optionsNEW Low Emissivity treatment:
• By applying a calibrated Low Emissivity (LowE) aluminiumtreatment, the fabric becomes a reinforced thermal shield.
• Its capacity to reflect and produce heat is considerably reduced, thus contributing to the decreasing of energycosts.
• In the winter months the low emissivity treatment on the interior of the membrane reduces heat loss, and instead reflects it back into the building.
• For more accurate information regarding heat gain or loss;ask for examples using our TexTherm modeling software.
Single membrane option• 1002 T2 Opaque LowE
Double membrane option• 1002 T2 LowE outer skin• 402 translucent inner skin
Worldwide patented Ferrari® Précontraint® technology consistsof pre-stressing the textile base cloth both before and duringthe coating process.
This technology results in unrivalled dimensional stability• limited creep over time • longer life • performance homogeneity from batch to batch.

Weave of high-tenacitypolyester yarns
Two-way tensioningkeeps yarns completely straight
Surfacetreatment
Conventional coatedtextiles present a high levelof crimp in the weft direction.
Conventional coatedtextiles exhibit seriousdeformation of the weftyarn which in additionvary greatly from onebatch to the other.
Ferrari® Précontraint®
textiles respect the weftyarn direction which stays identical from one batchto the other.
Précontraint® 702
Type I classic coated textile
Précontraint® textileshave very low crimp, that is similar in bothwarp and weft direction.
