DescriptionTexwipe’s® Sterile Bottle Caps are designed to fit any Texwipe 8, 16 or 32 oz. spray bottle.

The Caps offer a pouring option for disinfectants or cleaning solutions where there is a concern of contamination due to spray.

The Caps have a flip-top opening that allows for easy, one-finger opening and closing operation between uses without touching and contaminating the pouring spout.

Applications• Pouring disinfectant, cleaning solutions or water on wipers or

mops in areas where spraying is a concern.

Features & Benefits• The flip-top cap has a No-Touch design for the pouring spout,

eliminating potential contamination from glove contact.

• Use on any Texwipe 8, 16 or 32 oz. spray bottle product:

» Disinfectants – Sterile TX650 (TexQ® Disinfectant)

» Sterile 70% IPA solutions – TX3270, TX3273, TX8270

» Hydrogen peroxide – TX687

» Sterile 70% Denatured Ethanol – TX3265 & TX3267

• The cap fits any 28/400 thread bottle.

• Contamination protection for your operations – purchase as needed and use to replace bottle spray triggers to prevent contamination caused by spraying.

• Sterile – the caps are gamma-irradiated according to AAMI guidelines to the sterility assurance level of 10-6. Tested for endotoxins.

• Double-bagged for easier introduction into sterile areas. The plastic case liner serves as a third bag, offering more protection for contamination prevention.

Instructions for replacing the spray nozzle with the Sterile Bottle Caps• The spray nozzle should be replaced in a sterile area (ISO Class 5), using sterile gloves.• Remove the spray nozzle from the bottle, being careful not to touch the bottle opening.• Remove the Sterile Cap from the bag. Do not touch the inner surface of the cap. Ensure

that the cap is closed to prevent contact with the pour spout area. • Put on and secure the cap on the bottle.• Flip the lid for use. Close when finished.

The cap fits perfectly any Texwipe 8, 16 or 32 oz. spray bottle or any bottle with the 28/400 thread configuration
