What is CCISD’s Long Range Plan for Technology?
This plan includes the goals, objectives and strategies for all areas of technology use related to students and staff in Clear Creek Independent School District
The following documents were used to frame this plan: CCISD District Instructional Improvement Plan, No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology 2006-2020, E-Rate, and Clear Vision Plan 2010
What is E-Rate?E-Rate is a document used in formulating CCISD’s long range
plan for technology.
E-Rate stands for The Schools and Libraries Programs of the Universal Service Fund
This program is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access.
