Frank Fatora

Mr. Fatora is a practical engineer with over 40 years of experience in Process Improvement, Process Design, Process Control Supervision, and Process Control Project engineering/ commissioning in the refining and Petro-Chemical industries.

Mr. Fatora also has over 10 years of significant PSM experience in analyzing process risks and implementing projects to close process safety gaps. Operator owner company lead representative on various OSHA special emphasis inspections and incident inspections. He has been the lead technical representative for several regulatory compliance programs to mitigate Relief Valve and SIS gaps. He also has 15 years of experience with plant-wide instrumentation upgrade projects and control systems, including DCS, SIS, Advanced Controls implementation, and plant-wide information systems for safety and reliability improvement and sustaining profitability.
