Our large pits come with a liquid res-ervoir evaporator. Just pour in your liquid of choice, and as it evaporates,

your meat will stay moistened with-out losing heat.(ex. Apple Juice, Water, Beer...)

Our heat transfer shield allows for consistent heat delivery, from one end to

the other, made easy.

Shield has adjustable baffles to regulate heat delivery

inside the pit.

Griddle accessory fits all of our pits. Grill up your favorite breakfast, or slide in to quickly maximize heat flow to the rest of your pit.

The air flow wood rack makes it possible for you to slightly elevate your wood from the bottom of the pit, allowing air flow that will keep your fire burning at the right speed and temperature. This also reduces the direct heat on the bottom of the pit and ash tray, making maintenance easier, while extending the life of your pit.

Stainless grills are available for the upper grill shelf and large lower grill. These can be purchased to replace any of the grills in your ASF BBQ pit. Made of food grade stainless, these grills are much easier to clean and rust resistant, making them a more sanitary option.
