Comprehensive Rules
Again, Googling for ‘Comprehensive Rules Magic’
will take you to an old version

Quote #3
“If the triggered ability specifies a default action associated with a
choice made by the controller (usually "If you don't ..." or "... unless"),
resolve it choosing the default option.”
Infraction Procedure Guide
Again, this is on the WPN site: wpn.wizards.com > Resources > Rules
and Documents
Used to be called ‘Official DCI Penalty Guidelines’, included the concept of a Triple Warning, which is still where you end up when
you Google ‘official dci penalties’
Quote #4
Missed Trigger Guide
Status: somewhat official – ‘approval from high-level program
leadership’
Google: Missed Trigger Guides! (Yay!)

Quote #8
“Because it’s a question of verifying legality, judges shouldn’t
hesitate to remind players to reveal morphs at the end of a game.
Don’t think of it as keeping them from breaking a rule, but rather retroactively reminding them to verify they didn’t do so earlier. A
little customer service here is a bonus.”

Quote #10
Bogle
Description: a deck that revolves around cheap creatures with
hexproof (ex. Slippery Bogle) and enchant creature Auras to
build an unstoppable monster.
Colors: green-white
Deck-Specific Potential Issues:
Daybreak Coronet: Daybreak Coronet cannot be cast if there
are no creatures already enchanted by another Aura. If
Daybreak Coronet winds up the only Aura attached to a
creature, it will be put into its owner's graveyard the next
time state-based actions are checked.
