4th point: Keep your work at work. Do not bring your work home. This is really a difficult one for all of us. It is so easy to work at night and during weekends to try to complete unfinished work from the office.

6th point: Finally, use a time management system. Keep track of everything with a planner (paper) or a PDA. Use a planner to keep your schedule, phone numbers, notes and pictures.
