General Remarks / Note Generali Unless otherwise stated the uncertainties for the tests and measurements are evaluated in according to IMQ Operational Instruction IO-LAB-001 and IO-LAB-004. The uncertainties evaluation has been carried out in accordance with IEC Guide 115 “Application of Uncertainty of measurement’s to Conformity Assessment Activity in the Electrotechnical Sector” and IECEE OD-5014. Internal Procedure PG-037 ensures that the requirements for traceability of calibrations, of all test equipment requiring calibration, and calibration intervals are met Se non diversamente specificato le incertezze per le prove e le misure sono valutate in base alle istruzioni operative IO-LAB001, IO-LAB-004. La valutazione delle incertezze è stata effettuata in conformità con IEC Guide 115 “Applicazione di incertezza di misura di valutazione della conformità di attività nel settore elettrotecnico” e IECEE OD-5014 Procedura interna PG-037 assicura i requisiti per la tracciabilità delle calibrazioni, di tutte le attrezzature di prova che richiedono taratura , e che gli intervalli di calibrazione siano soddisfate.

� Source of heat: Ribbon type propane gas burner face length of 500mm with Venturi mixer having an accurate means of controlling the fuel and air input flow rates /

Sorgente di calore : Composta da un bruciatore a gas propano del tipo a nastro, con una lunghezza del lato frontale del bruciatore di 500mm con un miscelatore Venturi, montato orizzontalmente

� Shock producing device: A mild steel round bar (25±0,1)mm in diameter and (600±5)mm long Dispositivo di produzione di shock: Barra tonda di acciaio dolce (25±0,1)mm di diametro e (600±5)mm di lunghezza

� Verification procedure for source of heat and removed of the thermocouples / Dopo avere verificato la sorgente di calore si rimuovono le termocoppie

� The cable is bent to form an approximate U shape. The overall distance between the vertical portions of the cable is approximately 475mm / Il campione in prova viene montato sulla parete di prova piegato in maniera da assumere una forma ad U . La distanza totale tra le estremità del cavo di circa 475mm

� The cable is mounted centrally on the wall with copper P clips earthen / Il cavo viene montato centralmente sulla parete utilizzando delle graffe metalliche a forma di P

� Each phase conductor is connected to a separate phase of the transformer output by a 2A fuse / Ciascun conduttore viene collegato a una fase separata dell’uscita del trasformatore con un fusibile di 2A

� The burner has been positioned (40±2) mm horizontally from the wall , and at the same vertical distance below the bottom line of the cable / Il bruciatore viene posizionato a (40±2) mm orizzontalmente alla parete di prova e alla stessa distanza verticale al di sotto della linea inferiore del cavo, come determinato nella procedura di verifica

� Ignited the burner and adjusted the propane and air flow rates to those obtained during verification procedure / Si innesca il bruciatore e si regolano i flussi di aria e gas determinati con la procedura di calibrazione

� The shock producing device impact the wall after 5min±10s from activation and subsequently at 5min±10s interval / Si avvia dopo 5min±10s il dispositivo di produzione di shock meccanici, e in seguito a intervalli di 5min±10s
