Ltd (“Contractor”) dated 8 April 2010 the(“EPC Contract”). The Owner hereby certify that the following part(s) of the SERVICES in theContract Reference EXHIBIT-4 Section 4 have been performed (or successfully completed) by theContractor.

1. Purpose of this protocol:

The purpose of this protocol is to provide a completed hydrostatic test of Boiler #2 .

2. Application:

This protocol provides application for hydrostatic test of Boiler #2.

3. Requirements / Acceptance Criteria:

1) The material strength of pressure part at 1.5 times (186 Bar) of design pressure must beendurable during 20 minute holding time.

2) Leak tightness at 1 time (124bar) of design pressure must be secured during 20 minuteholding time
