FLASH Test FixturesOur FLASH Fixtures are designed for usage for Microchip Programming. Solutions are available both for stand-alone FLASH Programming as well as for when built into the ICT Test System. Should an external FLASH Programmer be required, then we highly recommend the usage of AlgoCraft FLASH Programmers.

FLASH Fixtures Kits are designed to allow usage of these devices inside them and therefore they allow easy access. We offer both low-cost FLASH Fixtures as well as designs for high-end ICT Test Systems.

End-of-Line Test FixturesThese Special Functional Fixtures are always used at the end of the production or assembly lines and carry out those tests applicable to the final-assembled product. Such tests ensure that those customer's products that are built into a vehicle, a system or any other unit, will work 100% realiably.

14Requirements for Quoting

Requirements for quoting Test Fixtures and CustomizationThe following information is needed to quote a Test Fixture:

1. CAD Data or Gerber Files (Containing the Test Point Coordinates)

2. Wiring List

3. Complete Test Specification - confirming any additional special requirements, e.g. TestJet Components, OpenXpress Sensors, Marking Units, OFM, MUX Cards, LED Check, Bar-Code Readers etc.

The following information is needed to build a customized Test Fixture:

In addition to the above mentioned points

1. Sample Bare PC-Board(s)

2. Sample Loaded PC-Board(s) – i.e. assembled with components

3. Any other special requirements

NOTE: In this case the end-customer must either procure the ICT Test Program from an independent Test House or alternatively Equip Test will be the main contractor and by using our partner Test Houses knowledge we will provide you the complete application project (i.e. ICT Fixture and ICT Test Program incl. Debugging)
