Tessolve has provided the Customer with Pneumatic and Motorized test Jig completely designed in-house, to enable manual testing of chip for the engineering needs. Compact, low cost & Portable.

Motor control Motorized Z axis using Stepper Motor and controller. Interface board designed by Tessolve using PIC uC. LED visual indication for identifying z-axis position. Position feed back using optical sensor. User Interface front panel for Z axis movement. Precision Ball screw and Linear bearing for smooth and precision movement.

Pill box is an Device, developed to record, notify and remind the user to consume the required Pills as instructed by the Physician. Pill Box is connected to the user’s Smart Phone via Bluetooth and notifies the user when to consume the Pill. Pill Box contains four different compartments making it convenient for the user to store four Different Flavors of Pills.

Hint Map tool is a software developed by Tessolve which relates the mechanical library components with the emn file with respective to their component name. Advantages :

Save lot of Time by avoiding the number of iterations. Manual entries are avoided, hence no chances of error. Taking reference for external geometry is accurate . Very useful when we present the files to the customer with real 3D model of

the assembly.
