Sessions shown in bold italics are full. You must line up at the door of the presentation you wish to attend (yes, you can line up to attend a session that is full). Pre-registered delegates will be admitted first; at the scheduled start time of the session, any available seats will be assigned to attendees waiting in line. If a SESSION FULL sign is on the door, please do not enter as the maximum capacity for the room has been reached and fire code regulations must be adhered to. Please remember that room sizes and materials for sessions are limited. Our volunteer door monitors are TESL Students; please be courteous and patient with them. They are following strict guidelines provided by Conference Management and are there to ensure that pre-registered delegates are seated first. If you have not registered for the session, or are late for the start of the session and the session is full, please be understanding of room capacities, which cannot be exceeded due to fire regulations. If you have a question that cannot be answered by the door monitor, please go to the Registration Desk. Please keep notes on your session evaluation sheet during each session, so you can quickly and easily complete the online evaluation, which will be emailed to you following the conference to provide feedback on the presenters. We value your feedback and take your suggestions into consideration when planning the next conference. Complimentary WiFi access is available in public areas at the MTCC (not inside any rooms). Look for the MTCC Public network and agree to the Terms & Conditions. This will provide you with a 30-minute session. Join the Twitter Conversation with #TESL2014.
