The Tesab Newsletter 2013 was a big year for Tesab on the show circuit with stands at the Heavy Equipment show in Toronto, Canada and also an impressive 600m2 spread at the first Bauma Africa show held in Johannesburg, South Africa as well as Bauma Munich show. There was a comprehensive range of Tesab equipment on stand from 1012TS Impact Crusher to 623S secondary impact crusher on wheels as well as base crushers. There was a large turnout at Bauma Africa show with scorching weather and huge interest in the machines on display. On the stand was a visit from the Invest NI delegation including Minister for Trade and Enterprise, Arlene Foster. Seen above with Bob Bloomfield and Leon Connolly from Tesab. The recent launch of upgraded 10580 ‘Hard Rock’ Jaw crusher is proving its credentials working in partnership with the Tesab 1200TC Tracked Cone Crusher in South Africa. Both of these crushers work on a similar design principle which as a result makes them particularly suited to hard rock conditions. The in-pit crushing conditions seen in the image is typical of the harsh environments experienced in the African continent. The Tesab Heavy Duty, Built to Last design principles along with uncomplicated functionality make the Tesab range ideal for these conditions. This crusher combination is providing lower cost per ton for the customer as a result of lower fuel consumption, more monthly working hours and increased production tonnage rates. Next up is HillHead show in Buxton, UK from 24th-26th of June. Stand location is the OUTDOOR AREA L4, where there will also be Tesab machines working in the demo area. New from Tesab is the 1012SS large wheeled impact crusher. This unit incorporates the well proven Tesab T-175-IPS prescreen unit and vibrating primary feeder along with Cat C13 engine. This unit was designed with a special engine fi ltration system with a large surface area which makes the machine ideal for remote and dusty environments.

As part of the dealer package Tesab are now off ering in-house training to dealers. The training programme will consist of training in hydraulics including fault diagnosing and servicing, as well as electrics, conveyors and component training.
This training is a vital part of the overall package to ensure technical support is available on the ground. The programme will be run over a 3 day period, and available 4 times per year. Please contact your local dealer manager for more details.

Trackstack 13042T Tracked StockpilerThe largest tracked spockpiler in the world is now working successfully at an Anglo-American Iron Ore mine. The 40 metre long tracked unit, features telescopic out tracks for extra stability and boasts and impressive 15 metre stockpile height. The Trackstack 13042T has been specifi cally designed for high density iron ore applications at high tonnage, with direct feed capability.
The 13042T is lowering the operating costs on the mine by removing the need for costly haul trucks to transport iron ore to the reclaimer and mine loading operations.
