WHEREAS, Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) is authorized
to provide Employee Group Health Insurance Coverage through its Department of Risk
Management; and
WHEREAS, Administration and the Risk Management Department would like to
recommend the continuance and renewal of services for Producer of Record Contract in
place with Anthony J. Alford Insurance Company for employee Group Health Insurance/
Self-funded and Re-insurance Contract for Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Benefits for
2020, per Ordinance Number 8913; and
WHEREAS, such services would begin January 1, 2020 through December 31,
2020.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Terrebonne Parish Council
(Policy, Procedure and legal Committee) on behalf of the Terrebonne Parish
