A unique monument in Europe. The splendour of the first Christian art of the Hispano-Roman and Visigoth era, the religious architecture and

mural painting of the Romanesque and the extraordinary Catalan Gothic art altarpieces: all of that in the setting of what was the home of the Bishopric of Ègara (5th-9th centuries), located in the heart of

Vallparadís Park, the second largest urban park in Catalonia.

La Seu d’Ègara

At just ten minutes from the city centre, Sant Llorenç del Munt i l’Obac National Park presides over the landscape of Terrassa. The

monastery at the top of La Mola is the most iconic monument, founded in 1014 and abandoned centuries later. And in the centre of

Terrassa lies Vallparadís Park, which is three kilometres long and runs across the city from north to south.

The Park has a swimming pool.
