1. The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with the requirements of these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé Australia Ltd, Nespresso’s associated companies, Nespresso’s service provider companies and their immediate families are ineligible to claim this Offer.

2. Nespresso machines participating in this Offer are for the following product ranges: Essenza, Inissia, U, Pixie, CitiZ, Lattissima or Maestria ranges (“Participating Product”). A Participating Product does not include Nespresso Business Solution machines.

3. The Offer is not valid on commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.

4. Retailers participating in this Offer are retailers that operate from shop fronts in Australia (including both the shop front and any online store operated by such retailers) (“Participating Retailer”). A Participating Retailer does not include: a. a retailer which only operates online stores with no shop fronts; b. The Nespresso Club (whether online, phone or otherwise); or c. Nespresso Boutiques.

5. To claim the Offer: a. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer between Friday 1 August 2014 and close of business on Sunday 14 September 2014 (lay-bys not paid in full by 14 September 2014 are excluded from the Offer); b. Either (i) redeem online at www.nespressopromotion.com.au (following the prompts); or (ii) complete the redemption form found at a Participating Retailer, attach a copy of the proof of purchase (excluding order confirmations or gift receipts which will not be accepted) and post it to: “Nespresso Cash-Back Promotion, Reply Paid 87314, PO Box 269, North Melbourne 3051”. If applying by post, we strongly advise that you photocopy the completed redemption form before posting your application to “Nespresso Cash-Back Promotion” and hold on to a copy of your proof of purchase until your cash-back has been received. Nespresso does not accept responsibility for any late applications or applications lost in the post. c. Claims must be received by Nespresso no later than 5.00pm AEST on Friday 10 October 2014 (“Claims Close Date”).

6. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.

7. One claim per Participating Product is permitted, and up to a maximum of five claims per customer and/or per household.

8. Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. Claim details that are illegible or incomplete will be considered void.

9. This Offer is not redeemable in-store (unless otherwise communicated by Nespresso).

10. The Offer is for either $60 cash-back or $80 cash-back (depending on the Participating Product purchased as set out below), which will be delivered at your option either (a) in the form of a cheque made payable to the name and sent to the address provided online or on the redemption form. For ease of cheque clearance please make sure that your First and Last names are as per your bank account details; or (b) by Electric Funds Transfer (“EFT”) paid to an Australian bank account of which details were provided online or on the redemption form. The value of the cash-back will be as follows: a. A purchase from the Nespresso Essenza, Inissia, U, Pixie or CitiZ ranges will entitle the claimant to a cheque or EFT for $60; and b. A purchase from the Nespresso Lattissima or Maestria ranges will entitle the claimant to a cheque or EFT for $80.

11. If the cash-back is delivered in the form of a cheque successful claimants should allow 21 working days from when their claim has been approved to receive their cheque. If the cash-back is delivered in the form of an EFT successful claimants should allow 10 working days from when their claim has been approved to receive the money in their bank account.

12. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of sale.

When you buy a Nespresso machine, you are invited to become a member of the Nespresso Club. As a Club Member you have access to a number of privileges: convenient ordering, free delivery options, personalised services, exclusive offers and an environment in which to share your passion for coffee.
