1 Term 4 Week 8 Thursday 6th December, 2018 We are rapidly moving towards the end of the year and Christmas. We will have our final newsleer in week 10. Presentaon Day Tomorrow We would like to INVITE all our Community, Parents and Friends of Gwandalan Public School to aend our end of year Special Presentaon Day Assembly. Our Assembly will commence at 9.30am and finish at 11.00am. This is a great opportunity for us to recognise the outstanding efforts of our students in 2018. This will be followed by a special morning tea for our special guests and our parent helpers in the library. All teachers will be recognising students in their classrooms. The school have been in contact will all parents of students receiving class & special awards at the end of year presentaon. We are rapidly moving towards the end of the year

Positive Behaviour for Learning

Our K-6 PBL lesson for Week 7

Important information regarding bus travel for Year 2 students moving into Year 3

School student applications for 2019 open from Monday, 15 October 2018.

Students progressing to year 3 and year 7 do not need to re-apply if they:

are residing at the same address

Students who have an entitlement approved under a medical condition which is due to expire will receive notification advising

them to re-apply.

Term Bus Pass holders will receive a notification to re-apply.

Students in the Opal network applying for a SSTS or Term Bus Pass entitlement for the first time will receiv their card at their

nominated postal address. Cards will be matled out during December 2018 and January 2019.

Students residing in Rural and Regional (R&R) areas should receive their travel pass at the commencement of the new

school year from their nominated operator. Note: some R&R operators do not issue travel passes. Students should check

with their operator for more information.
