and testing services in West Malaysia.

Proof Load Testing

We provide load testing up to 100 tonnes, using

equipment that meets EN12079, DNV 2.7-1, BS and APL

lifting specifications. Our lifting services cover all types of

Cargo Carrying Units (CCU) complete with lifting gears.

Magnetic Particles Inspection (MPI)

MPI is a process for detecting surface and slightly

subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic

materials such as iron, nickel, cobalt, and some

of their alloys. The process puts a magnetic field

into the part.

Hydrostatic Testing

Used in pressure vessels such as pipelines,

plumbing, gas cylinders, boilers and fuel tanks

can be tested for strength and leaks. A

hydrostatic test is performed by using water as

the test medium.

Pressure Testing

Similar to hydrostatic testing except

it is pneumatic. This test uses air, nitrogen,

or any non-flammable and nontoxic gas as the

test medium.

Borescope Inspection

This inspection uses borescope tools, used to view

areas that would otherwise not be visible. A

borescope is inserted into the item being

evaluated without destroying the item of interest.

Videoscope Inspection

Offers the best image quality available in

flexible scopes. The scopes are flexible so that

they can be inserted into many applications,

from gas turbines to process and high purity

piping. They include distal tip articulation and

interchangeable optical tip adapters to

maximize image quality in the specifics of your

application.

Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTTM)

Ultrasonic NDT characterizes material thickness,

integrity or other physical properties by means

of high frequency sound waves.

Advance Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

A new portable mechanics free PC assisted

multi-technology ultrasonic inspection system

was created to allow the inspector to perform

manual ultrasonic testing with high reliability

and objective true-to-scale data presentation.

Radiography Inspection

Industrial radiography is the use of ionizing radiation

to view objects in a way that cannot be seen

otherwise. It is a method of inspecting materials for

hidden flaws by using the ability of short X-

rays and gamma rays to penetrate various

materials.

Eddy Current Inspection

It is one of several NDT methods that uses the

principal of "electromagnetism" as the basis for

conducting examinations. Several other

methods such as Remote Field Testing (RFT), Flux

Leakage and Barkhausen Noise also use this

principle.

Wirescope

Wirescope is a package used to check for

pass/fail results in networking applications and

generic cabling standards. Considering how

complicated fiber optic network test limits get,

having a tester that “knows” these standards are

a practical necessity

Hardness Testing

Hardness is a characteristic of a material, not a

fundamental physical property. It is defined as

the resistance to indentation, and it is

determined by measuring the permanent depth

of the indentation.

Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)

Liquid Penetrant Testing is a surface testing

method. All non-porous materials can be inspected

by this method. In order to be detected, the

defect must be open to surface. This is an easy and

cheap testing method most widely used in all

industries.

Rope Access

Rope access is a form of work positioning, initially

developed from techniques used in climbing and

caving, which applies practical ropework to allow

workers to access difficult-to-reach locations

without the use of scaffolding, cradles or an aerial

work platform.

As of May 2016, TERAJU is offering it’s fleet of

various DNV 2.7-1 CCUs for rental and sales.

Oilfield solutions units for dry, liquid storage

and a variety of cabins can be tailor made

up to customers’ demand.

ISO Tank Supply and Maintenance

ISO Tank or T11 of up to 25 000L capacity is

suitable for carrying majority of non corrosive

liquid materials in Oil and Gas

industry. Corrosive or unstable cargoes may

require the vessels to be constructed from

special types of steel or specialty

lined. TERAJU has recently broadened its

specialization into ISO tank containers supply,

operation, repairs, (re)certification, and

cleaning.
