CM received the report from the arson and bomb squad. This report states that the fire started in the basement area where 's bedroom is located. The bed that was sleeping on showed patterns of a direct burn. They also recovered the

remains of the oxygen take. The plastic tubing was still connected to the tank. The conclusion states: An analysis of the depth ofcharring, areas of lowest burn, levels of destruction and fire affects on contents and structral components combined with anevaluation of fire movement and intesity patterns and wittness statements demonstrated that the fire originatd on or around thebed located in the rear right basement bedroom as viewed from the rear of the structure. The fire then communicated to the otheraffected areas of the structrure. The most probable ignition source is that of an external heat source coming in contact withcombustible materials.

On 6/12/13 Detective and Special Agen interviewed at her residence. She stated that she is alwayson oxygen. She advised that she had been downstairs with watching "The Prince and the Frog". She stated that had gone upstairs and she stayed and watched the movie. She advised that she fell asleep and she awoke to a bright light then

took her outside. She first advised there was a "5050" then stated a "70/30" chance that she was smoking. Then she statedshe had lit a cigarette and fell asleep.
