Terms of SaleAll cattle will sell under the suggested sale terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association, available at the clerk’s desk on sale day. Registration certificates will not be transferred until any outstanding balance is paid in full. Ownership will be transferred at the seller’s expense. Buyers must provide proper name and address for transfer.

A number of open show heifer pros-pects in this sale have been nominated by the consignor to the 2015 Tennessee Junior Sim-mental Futurity, to be held at the Williamson

County Fair, Franklin, TN. Only show prospects that sell in a TSA-sanctioned sale or a TSA member’s bonafide production sale are eli-gible to be nominated. Nomination fee is $50 per head prior to the sale of the heifer. All nomination fees go into the futurity jackpot with a 100% guarantee payout every year. Nominated heifers comprise two divisions: purebreds and per-centage bloods. Monies collected for that division will be divided as fol-lows: 50% to Champion, 25% for Reserve, 25% split evenly for all other entrees. When we committed 18 months ago to donate a heifer with the proceeds going to help fund the TN Junior Voucher Program we decided we would pick from our keeper pen.
