Sealed tenders affixed with a revenue stamp of Rs: 5 I-are invited from reputed registered

canteen catering service providers for running of canteen at JKBOSE Bemina Srinagar in

a prefabricated hut. The interested tenders shall collect the complete tender document

from the Office of the Assistant Secretary Estates-KO on any working day during Office

hours or down load the same from the Official Website of JKBOSE viz. jkbose.ac.in.The

last date for submission of tenders is 25th of January-2019. Terms and conditions Apply.

Terms and Conditions.

1) That the tenders must be registered with the Commercial Tax Office having valid Tin(Submit

Copy)

2) That the tender should have at least three years of Experience of providing catering

services at any Govt. Organization as on 01/11/2018(enclose certificate)

3) That the tenderer must be registered under the Jammu and Kashmir shop and

establishment act 1966.

4) That the tenderer shall enclose a COR amounting to Rs:-10,000/- pledged to the

Accounts Officer-KO with the tender without which the tender shall be rejected instantly.

5) That the tenderer shall quote the rates in Indian Rupees, both in numerals and words,

against the items mentioned in the format that forms a part of this tender notice. The

rates must be covered with transparent tape and no overwriting or corrections shall be

acceptable thereof.

6) Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribing on the top ""Tender for

Running Canteen at BOSE" and deposited in the tender box at the Office of Assistant

Secretary Estates, Kashmir Division, JKBOSE, Bemina Srinagar by or before 25 of

January, 2019.

7) That the tenders shall be opened on the next working day of the last date of submission

of tenders or any other date as deemed fit by the Divisional Purchasing Committee.

8) That the successful tenderer shall have to enter into an agreement with the Board for a

period of one or two years and abide by the terms and conditions regarding monthly

rent, electric charges, water charges etc to be fixed by the Board.

9) That the successful tenderer shall be initially awarded the contract for a probationary

period of two months and the confirmation shall be subject to performance in terms of

quality of food and services on mutually agreed terms and conditions(to be evaluated by

the DPC)

10) That the EMD of the Successful tenderer shall be liable for forfeiture if the canteen

services are not commenced within seven days of the award of contract. The contract so

awarded shall be cancelled and the next eligible tenderer will be considered.

11) The Board reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.
