Intending tenderers may download the Tender form from the District website www.uttardinajpur.nic.in . No tender form will be issued from this end. 2. Rates should be quoted in figure and words inclusive all incidental charges. 3. Co-Operatives Societies have to furnish certificates of exemption regarding Earnest/Security Money duly recommended by ARCS as well as an undertaking signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Co-Operative in respect of participation of said Co-Operative in the tender, if they intend to get the said exemption. 4. Intending tenderers have to submit attested photocopies of (1). Current & valid I.T. clearance, (2) GST, Certificate & GST up to-date clearance (3). Current & valid P.T. clearance, (4) Trade license certificate, (5) PAN CARD, (6) Bank details, (7) Credential for similar nature of jobs of recent period along with the tender. 5. The tenderers have to submit specimen of the non-perishable articles to the office at the time of opening of tender. The Tenderers shall submit the tenders in sealed envelope address to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Raiganj (Sadar) Karnojora, Uttar Dinajpur and shall write on the body of the envelope “TENDER FOR “DIETARY ITEMS” for SURYADAYA CHILDREN HOME FOR DEAF AND DUMB BOYS AND GIRLS, Karnajora 6. The accepted rates of all items shall be valid for a term of One year from the date of acceptance of the tender(s) by the Tender Committee of Suryadaya Children Home for Deaf and Dumb Boys and Girls. 7. No prayer for enhancement of rate during the contract period will be entertained. 8. The tenderer must have to supply the articles within 07(seven) days from the date of issue of Work Order. Successive failure in complying the work order shall lead to cancellation of the Tender and penal action thereof. 9. The Tender Committee reserves the right them to accept and reject any tender/part of tender without assigning reason thereof. 10. The purchase order will be given in accordance with the necessity of the Home & availability of the fund. So, there will be no guarantee for purchasing of whole or any part of article. 11. Intending Tenderers must submit Earnest money amounting Rs 5,000/-( Rupees Five Thousand) only for participating in the tender and the successful tenderer(s) have to submit Security money amounting Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only in form of NSC/Bank Draft /DCR(Current) in favour of the Principal-In- Charge, Suryadaya Children Home for Deaf and Dumb Boys and Girls , Karnojora, Uttar Dinajpur. 12. The successful tenderers have to sign an agreement on Non judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/- with the Principal-In- Charge within 7(seven) days after intimation of acceptance of Tender(s). 13. The Earnest Money deposited by the successful tenderer may be forfeited, if the Tenderer fails to furnish the Security Money within seven days from finalization of Tender and the Authority may provide the work order to the second lowest Tenderer without any correspondence. 14. The Security money may be forfeited if the successful tenderer(s) /fails to supply the articles in satisfactory manner. 15. Any dispute arising out during the period of tender shall be referred to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Raiganj (Sadar), whose decision shall be binding on both parties. 16. The sealed tenders may be dropped in designated box kept in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Raiganj (Sadar) from 12 Noon on 29/11/2018 to 07/12/2018 up-to 2 p.m. & the same will be Opened in presence of intending Tenderers at 3.00 p.m on 07/12/2018 in the office chamber of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Raiganj (Sadar), Karnajora, Uttar Dinajpur.
