TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Supplier/firm must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and should

indicate their NTN and GST No. as under

2. Any offer not received as per terms and conditions of the tender enquiry is liable to be ignored.

3. Offer will remain valid for 30 days from the date of opening of tender.

4. All tenders must be submitted in double cover. The cover should indicate the name of the addressee,

tender member and date of opening but not the name of the firm, which must appear in the inner

envelop clearly mentioning tender number and name of the firm. The envelopes must be properly

sealed.

5. The purchaser reserves the right to purchase full or part of the stores or ignore/scrap/cancel any or

all the tenders without assigning any reason.

6. If the acceptance of tender issued during the validity period of the offer is not accepted by the

tenderer the Earnest Money shall be forfeited and the stores will be purchased at his risk and

expense.

7. In case the offer is withdrawn, amended or revised during the validity period of the offer, Earnest

Money is liable to be forfeited.

8. In case the contractor fails to execute the contract strictly in accordance with the terms and

conditions laid down in the contract, the security deposited by him shall be forfeited and the store

purchased at his risk and cost.

9. The purchaser reserves the right to claim compensation for the loss caused by the delay in the

delivery of stores.

10. All tenders shall accompany earnest money 2% of the amount quoted in the tender in the shape

of Call Deposit in the name of PAIMAN ALUMNI TRUST, Chakwal without which no tender

will be entertained.

11. The contractor will be bound to abide by all rules & regulations/ instructions/directions issued by

PPRA Amended 2014

12. Operating/instruction manual shall accompany all the equipments.

13. Any item found substandard, not functioning properly shall be replaced by the supplier at its own

risk and cost within 7-days.

14. Supplier shall be responsible for proper functioning of all equipments/apparatus during the warranty

period.

15. All pages tender documents must be signed by the supplier/tenderer.

UNDERTAKING CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that M/S _________________________________________ agree to

supply/manufacture the said store strictly in accordance with the specification laid down in the sealed

invitation to tender.

I. We hereby confirm to have read carefully the description of stores/stock and all the terms and

conditions of our tender document, due for opening on 15 September, 2015, for the supply of

_________________________in additions to the instructions attached to said tender enquiry. We

agreed to abide by all those instructions/conditions.

II. We guarantee to supply stores/stock exactly in accordance with the requirement specified in the

invitation to tender.

III. We also hereby categorically confirm that the stores entered by us are exactly of particulars and

specifications laid down in our tender enquiry in all respect.

IV. We accept that if the required earnest money in not furnished of our offer is found lacking in any of

the requirement of your tender enquiry, it shall be ignored.

V. We hereby confirm to adhere to the delivery period required that tender enquiry which would be the

essence of the contract and which will be strictly adhere by us. In case of failure we agreed

unconditionally to accept the recovery of belated damages on later supplies @2% per month or a part

thereof rates would be submitted by the contractors inclusive of all the taxes livid by the Govt. time

to time.

VI. Certified that the prices quoted to the Department against tender, are not more than prices charged

from any other purchasing agencies in the district and in case of any discrepancy, the tenderer

undertakes to refund the prices charged in excess.
