This affidavit is in conjunction with a new Trust Agreement/Amendment to Trust to establish a Tenancy by the Entirety in ourselves. 2. We were legally married prior to the creation of the Tenancy by the Entirety and are legally married now. 3. The real property to be deeded to the trust, or already held in title by the trust, is our homestead. 4. The property is improved with a single-family residence or a structure containing no more than four residential dwelling units. 5. We agree to notify CHICAGO TITLE LAND TRUST COMPANY as land trustee, in writing, of any change in marital or homestead status. 6. Further affiant sayeth not.
