Provides Accounting and Finance outsourcing solution which enables our clients to reduce their cost, without giving up the quality and control.

In effect, we function as an internal finance and accounting department in consultation with your CFO or Chief Accountant.

What makes us unique is that our services are provided through a “Document Archiving and Security System”.  This means that each client’s financial functions (Source Documents, Bank Reconciliation, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable etc.) are processed and securely maintained centrally.

Note: We take your business processes away, but encourage the company to keep their CFO/Chief Accountant on board. The process will enable them to lower the cost and get the advance level analytical services. The engagement will enhance their business network locally and as well as internationally. We also encourage our customers to become “bankable”, take part in or through capital market to build a financial track record for future.

“Level of Service” Rates Structure

The “Level of Service” approach allows clients to pay as per desire or required for their finance and accounting needs (See graphics on next slide)

Tailoring and custom process and procedures will be developed as part of set-up phase.

All work is performed by a team of TelniaSoft accounting and Tax professionals in consultation with CFO, CA of the company.

Client can take our services from level 0 to 3, which includes staff to CPA/CAA level professionals

Client information is easily accessible through LAN or WAN connection.

TelniaSoft performs full daily backups of all client data. The information flow (i.e. source documents, checks, etc.) is

designed to meet each client’s individual needs and preferences Communication with the client is achieved through web alerts,

telephone, email and face-to-face meetings with our accounting and tax professionals.

What is next? Detail System Study (DSS):

Allow our professionals to study your existing process to have a better understanding of the procedures.

During the DSS, we will also suggest for cutting the human resource, utilize resources, time and space into productive activities e.g. focus on revenue generation.

Courtesy Test Drive: We can offer a Test service for a month to you if

agree with the concept. This can be a transition period also from in house set up to an out sourcing
