TELEVIS TWIN CENTREAlarm management of third party plants

TelevisTwin can optionally receive alarm messages from plants managed by third party applications This is possible adding tomanaged by third party applications. This is possible adding to the software some specific engines to detect the information in the alarm messages of the third party software. The development of such engines requires few weeks, a customisation cost and the support from the customer for giving the information about the messages from the third party system. The following limitations applies:

third party messages can be received through SMS or e mail third party messages can be received through SMS or e-mail e-mail messages must be in PLAIN TEXT format the engine will manage the messages for the agreed versions of

the third party software (further changes may require re-the third party software (further changes may require re-working of the engine)

According to the settings made in the previous page each Plant can bepage, each Plant can be linked to ListA and ListB.

This will permits to have additional filters in the visualization.

alarm (max. 2 in one day);-If Alarm is received by TelevisTwin, this means that LocalSite is working properly;-If Alarm is not received this means LocalSite isthis means LocalSite is not working and an Alarm Message is shown in TelevisTwin


Alarms of each Plant can be managed:

By Plant -> The alarm is related to a specific plant

By Device -> The alarm is related to a specific device of pthe plant

By Group -> The alarm is related to a group of devices of the plant (i.e. Frozen Food)p

By Group + Alarm -> The alarm is fixed and is related to a physical group

By Device + Alarm -> The yalarm is fixed and is related to a physical device

All the options can be set by the user
