Teleste ACE8 – The new intelligent node
Teleste ACE family - Tackle your competition
• Teleste ACE is a next generation product platform that provides cost-effective and ergonomic design together with the latest technical solutions.
• The family is Teleste’s response to the increasing market need to enable advanced monitoring and achieve enhanced performance deeper down in the networks.
• The ACE devices are smaller in physical size than the AC models but larger than CXE. Compact size results in less space consumption and easy installation.
Teleste ACE8 – The first DOCSIS 3.1 node in the market
Teleste ACE8 is an active output node for deep fibre solutions. It is the first DOCSIS 3.1 node in the market.

Flawless services - 99,99% availability
Teleste ACE8 - Intelligence in compact size
• Auto alignment: Network elements can be optimally aligned at touch of a button.
• Automated on-going alignment keeps the network optimally aligned.• Automatic ingress block: Ingress noise can automatically be blocked which
prevents entire segments from getting affected. Management system is alerted and location of noise is shown on the map.
• Local and remote signal monitoring for upstream and downstream signals
• Network management: Network elements can be monitored and configured via central management system. All adjustment are electrically controlled in the nodes/amps. Network element settings are automatically backed-up.
Teleste ACE8 - Superior performance and features
• DOCSIS 3.1 compatibility• Downstream up to 1,2 GHz and upstream up to 200 MHz• Extreme output power• Electrical RF controls• Automatic output level control with programmable pilots • ALSC with fully user programmable pilots• Downstream spectrum analyser• Upstream signal quality monitoring with automatic ingress control• True plug-and-play with single pushbutton alignment

Electrical adjustments: less manual maintenance, more reliable network
Teleste ACE benefits
High performing and fit for future bandwidth demands
• High transmission capacity ensured by DOCSIS 3.1 and DVB-C2 compatibility.

Teleste ACE benefits
Economical• Compact size; smaller than the AC family, yet clearly above CX and
house amplifier categories• Low energy consumption • Power supply equipped with PFC to reduce transmission loses• Intelligent management features reduce need for onsite manual
maintenance Very easy and fast installation by one button, “fire and forget”, results in
less time on site with perfect installation quality. Regular seasonal maintenance is at a minimum with the on-going auto
alignment.

Teleste ACE benefits
Reliable• High performance GaN hybrid in output amplifier makes output
ranges especially wide and enhances noise performance.• Advanced fibre organiser protects fibres against damage.• Automatic ingress control quarantees upstream signal quality.
Ingress is isolated to the source area, which significantly reduces the amount of affected subscribers.
Time to repair is shortened when engineers can be sent directly to the right location.
Operational efficiency is increased due to reduced truck rolls.

Teleste ACE benefits
Easy to use• Intuitive touch screen user interface for tablets • Remote connectivity also via third-party applications through SNMP• USB and wireless Bluetooth® connectivity for easy configuration on
the site• Remote monitoring makes it easy to locate problems. NOC has full
view over the network and network degradation can be observed in real-time.
• Improved usability results in less human errors and more reliable network.
