– If in space, there is no atmospheric gasses in the way to distort optical images thus, it can take really clear photos also the telescope is that much closer to objects in the sky.

– If in Hawaii, we have the clearest sky's to study the universe from earth due to low levels of light pollution in Hawaiian sky's as well as tall mountains.
