Introduction

• ISIS MISSIONSProvide BroadBand for All by the use of optical technologies for high speed and broadband wireless communications, through :

• Stimulation of the restructuring of the Photonics-Wireless research community

• Stimulation of new opportunities for Photonics-Wireless integration in a wide range of platforms

This will allow for easier evaluation/comparison/combination of different technologies.

• Hudiksvall field trial– Planning meetings held, including visits by partners to site (M1.1) and

meeting with one external industrial (contact with second company also made)

• Upgrades of testbeds– OFDM testbed – ADS software, PER estimation, high-speed sampling

– WLAN over MMF testbed – multiple RAUs and APs
