The METAG company has decades of experience in the design and construction of looms for heavy webbings and technical textiles. Metag machinery and accessories are engineered and produced at our factory in Milan Italy. Control of the engineering and manufacturing process enables us to develop looms to meet our client’s demanding manufacturing goals.

Metag looms are built for weaving multi-ply high density webs in most yarns, including synthetic and natural fibers as well as ceramic, glass, carbon-fiber and aramid.

Metag looms are available in three different series:• TML with latch-needle edge binding, for the higher speed production of medium-heavy webs.• TRX with bobbin edge binding for heavy and special webs.• TRXA with latch-needle edge binding, also for heavy and special webs.

TML SERIESThe latest addition to the Metag range, the TML Series strikes the right balance between the heavy-duty capacity of the TRXA series and higher weaving speeds. The TML’s latch-needle edge binding, cam-driven warp control and high-speed operation is designed for medium-heavy fabrics such as sling-webs, tie-downs, military belts and convejor belting, rigid or elastic.

TRX SERIES The TRX Series is suitable for heavy multi-ply webs. The TRX loom is executed with bobbin stitch edge-binding. The high capacity bobbin allows long runs between bobbin changing. The TRX bobbin stitch yarn is controlled through several tension units to ensure perfect edge binding and a photoelectric cell monitors the amount of yarn remaining , stopping the loom before it runs out.

The TRX Series is available equipped with the newest generation of STAUBLI® rotary electronic dobby S-3000 increasing the productivity of the loom through quick style changes and infinite pick repeats. TRX looms equipped with the electronic dobby can accomodate up to 16 harness frames.

TRXA SERIESThe TRXA Series loom is similar to the TRX but provides for a latch-needle edge binding for continuous operation without bobbin changes and generally higher weaving speeds. The TRXA Series is available equipped with the newest generation of STAUBLI® electronic dobby S-3000 increasing the productivity of the loom through quick style changes and endless pick repeats. TRX looms equipped with the electronic dobby accomodate up to 16 harness frames.

Metag Srl con alle spalle decenni di esperienza nel campo della costruzione e progettazione di macchinari e telai per tessitura, offre telai per la realizzazione di nastri pesanti e speciali anche con specifiche esigenze del cliente. Tutti i telai sono realizzati, e particolarmente indicati, per la tessitura di nastri pesanti, speciali e multistrato con tutti i più comuni tipi di filato che siano di comune utilizzo o meno quali fibra di vetro, fibra di carbonio, juta, fibre aramidiche, acciaio, PAN, ecc

La gamma di prodotti Metag è disponibile in tre differenti serie: • TML con legatura del bordo mediante ago. Il giusto compromesso tra capacità di gestire articoli medio-pesanti e alta capacità di produzione• TRX con legatura del bordo a bobina per nastri pesanti e speciali• TRXA con legatura del bordo mediante ago per nastri pesanti e speciali

SERIE TMLQuesta serie è l’ultima che ha ricevuto i principali aggiornamenti che la rendono il giusto compromesso tra capacità di gestione/produzione di articoli medio pesanti e alta velocità di produzione. Il sistema di legatura del bordo è mediante ago con il quale si possono sfruttare tutti i sistemi di legatura disponibili. La serie è specificatamente indicata e progettata per la produzione di articoli quali cinghie di sollevamento, cinghie di contenimento del carico, nastri militari, nastri trasportatori che siano essi più o meno rigidi.

SERIE TRXI telai della serie TRX sono indicati per la tessitura di tutti i nastri pesanti e multi-strato grazie alla dotazione del sistema di legatura del bordo tramite spola-bobina. La spola-bobina sulla quale è avvolto il filo ausiliario di legatura si muove di moto verticale alternato e dispone di una grande capacità di filo tale da permettere una operatività elevata.Il sistema spola-bobina è provvista di svariate regolazione e compensazioni per ottenere una regolazione della tensione ottimale e quindi una perfetta qualità del bordo legato. Il sistema è inoltre provvisto di una fotocellula in grado verificare lo stato di riempimento della spola e di fermare il telaio prima del suo esaurimento. NOTA: La serie TRX è disponibile, su richiesta, con ratiera elettronica STAUBLI® S-3000 la quale aumenta la potenzialità tessile della macchina.

SERIE TRXAQuesta serie mantiene le essenziali caratteristiche delle serie TRX con la principale differenza di essere dotata del sistema di legatura del bordo mediante ago. Il sistema di legatura ad ago disponibile su questa serie è in grado di sfruttare tutti i sistemi di legatura disponibili. Un ulteriore diversità rispetto alla serie TRX è la maggiore velocità di marcia durante la tessitura del prodotto. NOTA: La serie TRXA è disponibile, su richiesta, con ratiera elettronica STAUBLI® S-3000 la quale aumenta la potenzialità tessile della macchina.
