PT. CITRA LAUTAN TEDUH has been established in Batam Island, Indonesia as a joint venture company between one of  the Major Construction Companies  in  South Korea  and one of  the  leading business promotion  companies  in Indonesia. 

The company has built the most modernized factory at the east cost of Batam Island and has been producing Pre‐tensioned Spun Concrete Piles named ”TEKCON”  (Technical Concrete)  to meet  the demand of developing  region including Batam Island together with nearby Riau Islands, Sumatra Islands, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam. 

The factory has two Tension lines, three Spinning lines, three Caging machine, two Concrete Pouring lines and eight Steam  Curing  Chamber  on  6  hectare  site  to  produce  over  100,000  tons  of  Pre‐tensioned  Spun  Concrete  Piles Annually. The TEKCON piles shall be strictly controlled in its Quality by Standardized Testing Facilities at the factory and shall be supplied in the best competitive price for the customers. 

To  achieve  a Quality Management  System which meets  the  requirements  of  registration with  the  International Standard of ISO 9001 Quality System, PT. CITRA LAUTAN TEDUH is certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality System for the Manufacturing of Pre‐tensioned Spun Concrete Piles under the registered Certification Number 01100023807. 

The  TEKCON  piles  therefore, will  contribute  to  the  cost  saving  and  best  quality  for  the  project  of  owners  and contractors.

Remarks :1. TEKCON PC Piles are manufactured in compliance with JIS A 5335‐1987 Pretensioned Spun Concrete Piles and generally  

     conforming to other specifiation (ACI 543 ‐ 1979 & BS.8004 ‐ 1986 / BS.8110 ‐ 1985)2. PC Bar and Spiral Wires comply with JIS G 3137 ‐ 1994 and BS 4482 respectively.3. Allowable Axial Load Calculation is based on ACI 543 ‐ 1979.4. Minimum compressive strength of concrete at age 28 days shall be 600 kg/cm².5. Standard piles length is 6m, 9m, 10m and 12m.6. Modification of the properties can be made upon orders.
