Water RightsThere are a total of 6 separate water rights associated with the Teepee Creek Ranch. These water rights combined allow for the owner to irrigate at total of 577 acres. There are additional stock water rights associated with the ranch.

Conservation EasementA conservation easement with the Teton Regional Land Trust encumbers approximately 760 acres of the ranch. The easement allows for improving and adding on to the existing improvements currently onsite. River and the famed South

Fork of the Snake River

Snake River in Jackson,
