1. PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION In the planning of our media production we used media technology. We used apple Mac computers, on which we researched existing media texts for inspiration, and to find out what the genre codes and conventions were.For this, we used Google images, inorder to find digipacks of indiebands, and YouTube, to view musicvideos of indie and pop artists. Weused software products such asMicrosoft PowerPoint in order todisplay what information we found.

2. For our planning, we first made a storyboard by hand. We then filmed the storyboardusing a 5D mark ii Canon DSLR camera, and then put it together and added music usingwindows movie maker.We also did practise shoots, using the same Canon DSLR, and edited them using final cutpro.All our planning and research we put on our blogs on blogspot.com. This helped us tokeep track of what we had done and what we had left to do. 3. EvaluationI asked used media technology in order to gain feedback of our product in theevaluation stages. We put our music video onto facebook for people to commenton, and this was a quick and easy way of letting lots of people see our video, andfinding out their opinions on it. 4. For our evaluation, we used a Sony Camcorder, to film some parts of our evaluation; part of our question one andquestion four. We then edited them using final cut pro.For my evaluation, I also used Prezi to present my work in a more interesting way, and SlideShare to make myPowerPoints accessible on the internet. To make the overall presentation of my evaluation nicer, I used thewebsite www.wix.com to present my work, and I linked in all of my other pieces of evaluation, such as the videosvia YouTube links.
