CONTAINERIZED AUTOMATIC MIXING/INJECTION GROUT UNIT
Lo stato dell’arte nel mondo delle iniezioni,prevede l’impiego di pompe ed impianti dimiscelazione che sempre di più devono ope-rare in modo integrato; questo in particolarmodo è richiesto in cantieri complessi doveassai comune è l’utilizzo contemporaneo dipiù iniettori su più punti di perforazione attrez-zati con packers o “canne a manchette”.
In questo contesto Tecniwell ha sviluppato un’u-nità containerizzata di miscelazione/iniezionegestita da sistemi elettronici sia nella parte dimiscelazione che in quella di iniezione.
L’impianto è costituito da:A) Unità di Miscelazione Automatica Mod. GM8;B) Sistema d’iniezione Mod. TWSICO 3x4.
The state of art in the world of injections,foresees the use of pumps and mixing systemsthat more and more have to operate in anintegrated manner; this is especially requiredin complex sites where very common is thesimultaneous use of multiple grout pumps ondrilling points equipped with packers or “man-chette pipes”.
In this context Tecniwell has developed a con-tainerized mixing / injection unit managed byelectronic systems both in the mixing and in theinjection sides.
The plant is composed by:A) Automatic Mixing Unit Mod. GM8; B) Injection system Mod. TWSICO 3x4.
