AUDITORIUM INFORMATION
The Cabaret at Theater Square is a “black box” theater with a flexible seating configuration in a dinner theater style. It is typically oriented inan “end-stage” configuration. Please confirm the current configuration as it changes on a regular basis with sitting productions.

Radio Frequency Coordination PolicyUse of Radio Frequency (RF) Equipment by Visiting Productions and Prior Frequency Coordination
1 In an effort to ensure all events and users are able to avoid radio frequency (RF) interference withproduction and venue related RF equipment, it is required without exception that ALL RF transmis-sion equipment to be brought into or onto venue property by any visiting production, except thatlisted in the “RF Transmission Equipment Exception List”, be coordinated with Cabaret at TheaterSquare Audio Department at least (1) week prior to load in.
2 All visiting production’s RF transmission equipment shall comply with all pertinent Federal Communi-cations Commission (FCC) rules and regulations in effect at the time of load in and for the durationof the production. Cabaret at Theater Square reserves the right to examine and test the visiting pro-duction’s RF transmission equipment at any time it is scheduled to be used on venue property to in-sure conformity with manufacturer’s performance specifications, compliance with FCC technicalrequirements, to determine interference potential, and/or to determine suspect interference.
3 Under no circumstances will the Cabaret at Theater Square permit, authorize or otherwise toleratethe operation of any transmission equipment which has as its primary purpose to jam or otherwiserestrict the operation of cellular/PCS or pager services in the frequency range of 698MHz - 2000MHz(2GHz).
4 Failure to coordinate the visiting production’s RF transmission equipment with the venue prior to loadin may result in the delay of, or forbiddance to use the RF equipment. Cabaret at Theater Square reserves the right to take such action as it believes reasonably necessary in order to prevent opera-tion of said equipment until the coordination and/or interference issues can be resolved, or to securethe transmission equipment until it can be removed from the venue.
5 For the purposes of prior coordination, the visiting production shall provide the following detailed RF transmission equipment information to The Cabaret at Theater Square Audio Department at least (1) week prior to load in:
a) Contact name and mobile telephone number and/or e-mail address of individual responsible for visiting production’s RF transmission equipment
b) The manufacturer, model, specific frequency bandsplit(s) or pre-programmed frequencies (if applicable) of each piece of RF transmission equipment to be operated on venue property by the production

d) If RF transmission equipment is capable of variable RF power output, proposed power level for use on venue property must be indicated for each piece of RF transmission equipment

6 Partial list of RF transmission equipment subject to prior coordination:- Two-way radios operating in any frequency range, including 800MHz ESMR (Nextel) and conventional trunking radios
- Wireless microphones operating in any frequency range- Wireless in-ear-monitors (IEM) operating in any frequency range- Wireless intercom operating in any frequency range- Wireless cueing and/or interruptible foldback (IFB) operating in any frequency range- Assisted listening systems operating in any frequency range- Wireless video systems operating in any frequency range- Wireless programmable logic controllers (PLC) operating in any frequency range- Wireless data modems operating in any frequency range- Wireless automation control operating in any frequency range- Wireless lighting and DMX control operating in any frequency range- Wireless control of any type operating in any frequency range- Wireless access point/router (WAP / Wi-Fi) operating in any frequency range- Bi-directional amplifiers/systems for ESMR (Nextel)/cellular/PCS services- Microwave ovens- Any RF device operating in any frequency range not listed in “RF Transmission Equipment Exception List”

8 RF Transmission Equipment Exception List:- Cellular (700/800/850MHz) and PCS (1700/1800/1900/2100MHz) [subscriber] phones- Wi-Fi wireless client devices, such as computers and PDAs.
9 The following template may be used to submit visiting production RF transmission equipment toCabaret at Theater Square Audio Department. Information sheets already composed by visiting pro-duction may be submitted so long as it contains the complete information as detailed in paragraph 5.
