Mobile is another Revolutionary Change We need to stay ahead of the curve so that when

business units are ready we can leverage the technology to do university business

Our job is to put infrastructure in place for the business units to useo PAWS — we were able to respond effectively to the university’s online

business requirements (pay stubs, tax slips, student statements …) because the infrastructure was in place for online service delivery


Mobile is the next profound change

Mobile devices are becoming ubiquitous
