• The main idea is to design rucksacks and bags as the costumers like.

• If the costumer has his own favourite cloth or an old t-shirt we can also sew his own personal bag pack or bag of it.

• It‘s cheaper to take one of our ready designed products which you can see below:

• We want to buy the plain bags and rucksacks locally as we don‘t want them to be produced under bad working conditions.

• We will use regular textile spray and we will also need patterns for spraying the bags.
LOCATIONLOCATION
We will found an activity group at school with volunteers to help us with our project.
This is good because we have co-workers who support us with our idea.
More over the school provides us the production facilities.

Our marketing idea is to use our social networks for the promotion of our products.
e.g. :•Promoting via facebook/twitter/instagram•Promoting at school/sport events•Put up posters in schools

Later on we can think about building an online shop in order to reach a bigger audience.
