Cortica offers technologies for the recognition of images and videos. Its primary technology, CorTex, identifies objects and humans in multimedia clips and is able to mimic the behavior of human neural networks. In addition, Cortica offers Image2Text®, which can automatically extract core concepts in photographs, illustrations and videos, and map these concepts to keywords and textual taxonomies. At T3, we walk the talk. The $10 million Technion Investment Opportunities Fund was established in 2011 to invest in Technion’s portfolio companies.
