Storage InstructionsDo not break seal until product is ready for use. Maintain unused product in the original container. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry location and maintain temperatures between 40° – 100°F (4°– 38°C). This product has a shelf life of 18-24 months in its original unopened container.

RCS™ TechnologyRCS™ concrete slab systems outperform rival product classes in their resistance to physical, chemical and microbial attack. Provided that the right system is chosen, impregnation with RCS™ materials will preserve a structure for a long time.

Directions for UseE5 Densifier is designed for use during mechanical grinding and/or restoration processes.

1.) For polishing E5 Densifier can used during concrete surface refinement procedures. Product can be used in the presence of diamond and/or standard flooring pads to aid in product performance capabilities.

2.) For Restorations E5 Densifier can also be used during substrate refreshing activates. Industry standard equipment can be used. Successful application has been achieved under grinding machinery, auto-scrubbers, burnishers and hand floor buffers.

In all applications desired results are dependent upon specific project requirements, including but not limited to aggregate exposure and desired levels of gloss. Product specific applications can be developed and designed with the assistance of your appropriate product supplier. Please consult with your representative and/or review technical data sheets for proper product application and use.

WarrantySpecification Products solely and expressly warrants that for 12 months from the date of purchase its ElementFive products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, but only to the extent that the product is properly installed by applicators in accordance with its product literature and in strict compliance with the installation information and instructions in the product literature and label(s). The buyer must examine the product when received and promptly notify Specification Products in writing of any non-conformity before the product is used and no later than 30 days after such non-conformity is first discovered. If any ElementFive product fails to conform to this warranty, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the defective product at no cost to the buyer. Unless authorized in writing signed by an officer of Specification Products, no other representations or statements made by Specification Products or its representatives, in writing or orally, shall alter this warranty.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY AND REMEDY (i) ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EACH OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ORDINARY OR PARTICULAR PURPOSE(S), USAGE OF TRADE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND (ii) SET FORTH THE ENTIRE OBLIGATION OF SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS.

Application InformationUsing a HIGH-VOLUME, LOW-PRESSURE, manual or commercial grade sprayer, apply the product uniformly onto the slab surface at a rate of approximately 1,000 ft2 per gallon as direct for your specific design intentions and/or per your supply representative. Application processes vary depending upon your specific area of application.

After completing application of E5 Densifier, please consult your technical data sheets and/or supply representative for specific finishing instructions per your application to achieve desired results.

Clean-UpClean sprayers with warm, soapy water following use. Any product that cannot be saved for recovery or recycling should be disposed of according to local, state and federal regulations. All containers should be triple rinsed and disposed of according to local, state and federal regulations.

SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS (EVEN IF SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME): (i) ANY OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM BREACH OF THE ABOVE WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN; (ii) ANY OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM TORT CLAIMS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR ARISING UNDER OTHER THEORIES OF LAW WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PRODUCTS, OR ANY UNDERTAKINGS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS RELATING THERETO; AND (iii) ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, CONTINGENT, SPECULATIVE AND SIMILAR DAMAGES.

Any warranty claim must be (i) in writing and received by Specification Products within 60 days from the date of the claimed breach of the warranty (ii) that occurred within the 12 month warranty period. Product demonstrations, if any, are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a warranty or warranty alteration of any kind. Buyer shall be solely responsible for determining the suitability of such Specification Products products for the buyer’s intended purpose(s).
