This App has following features

Technocrats AEC App facilitates learning in the Institution and proper conduction of all the activities. It has the following features:

Training &Placement In this Feature of app the we update all the placement activities, various companies coming to the college, their eligibility, package and information about the training classes and its time table, name of their trainer and upcoming expert lectures on new technologies.

Curriculum In this feature students can effectively manage their time to learn the study material and complete assignments on time. It includes:

• Lesson Plan: In this feature College provides a lesson plan of the semester which contains the lecture schedule of the whole semester.

• Syllabus: In this feature, college provides syllabus of RGPV, Aptitude, Verbal and Branch specific training.

• Prereading Material: In this feature, college offers study material to the students just before the commencement of the classes, so the students can easily know what he/ she will study in the Classes.

• Audio Lecture: In the feature of this App college provides online audio lecture for each topic, so that the student can listen it from anywhere at any time.

• Video Lecture: In this feature college provides online video lectures of different topics, so students can easily understand the practical applications of the content.

• PPT: In this feature college provides online power point presentation on each topic for all the students, so they can easily understand the curriculum content.

• Assignments: In this feature college gives online assignments of each topic after the completion of the particular class.

• Innovative topic: In the feature of this App College provides the different new updates like new development, researches and new rules and regulation about various domains

• University Question Papers: In the feature college offers the last five year question papers, so that they can understand the pattern of papers and also practice the important questions.

Communication/Interaction Through this feature students and their parents can directly meet the Directors, HOD,TG , Training &Placement Director, scholarship In charges, Librarians, Sports incharge, Hostel warden, Cafeteria Incharge. Anti Ragging Coordinator, Accounts head, registrar office and women’s grievance cell and easily solve their queries. In any case if they are not available then parents/students can chat regarding any issues. We ensure that we will solve the problem within 2 working days.

Attendance In this feature of the App we offer a real time attendance monitoring system. Every student mark their attendance through biometric system. In and out time of each students recorded on this app, so that real time tracking is possible for after coming and before going. Students and their parents can see the attendance of the whole class and they can actually monitor student performance and can compare with others.

Performance In this feature of the App we evaluate the performance of every student on the basis of all 4 indices:Ÿ Academic proficiency index-In this index we give marks to the students on the basis of their class

attendance, submitted assignments, Industrial Visit reports and Mid Sem examination.• Project Index-In this index we give marks to the students on the basis of project synopsis submission, Final presentation and final report.• Employability Index –In this index we give marks to the students on the basis of the attendance of Training and placement classes and their examination.• Competitive Index-In this index we give marks to the students on the basis of their participation in different competitions in and outside of the college.

Parents can see the marks of every student in the class. We use this app to ensure the proper evaluation and no biasness. We follow transparent policy in the institute regarding marks. All section in charges give the marks to the students after proper evaluation.

Student Profile In this feature of app we maintain student profile form in which all the record of student detail will be mentioned like their percentage of 10th, 12th, last semester, achievements inside or outside the college curricular and extracurricular activities, achievements in sports, certifications. Students can update this information real time. This data will sent directly to the corporates for placements.

Calendar In this feature of the app student can know about each and every activity happening around all the domain of Technocrats Group with all the details of those activities with nodal and venue. He/She can easily attend those activities, even their parents can easily know that which activity is going to be organised on which date.

Time table In this feature of this app students can easily know their hour wise break up which includes timing of (classes) lectures, contents of lecture and the name of faculties who will take their classes. It also includes the timing of activities.

Notices Through this app different authorities like HOD’s ,Training &Placement Director, Librarians, Sports Incharge, Anti ragging Coordinator, Accounts Head, Registrar Office and Women’s Grievance cell Head can easily post the notices for all academic as well as all the other activities, so the students can easily know all the information through this app.

Student Login When students get admitted in our college, we arrange an induction programme for them. After induction program we provide user ID (student Id) and password to them. With the help of this student ID and password they can avail all the facilities offered by this app like academic activities (assignments), lesson plan, Industrial visits reports mid sem marks, their fees, their attendance, different notices, detail of companies and their performance etc.

Parent’s Login After Induction program we provide user ID (student Id) and password to Parents as well So that they can easily know about the performance of their child. Parents can see the attendance, marks of assignments, due amount of fees, details of companies coming for the placements, details of events, training programs and university result. It is a way by which parents can easily compare their child’s performance.

Anonymous Feedback Students and their parents can send their valuable feedback to the college management through this app. The feedback will be accessed only by the management and will never be disclosed to anyone. The secrecy of the feedback will be maintained.

Online Fee Portal In this feature of the app online fees submission is available. Students can pay their fees through this app as well as they can see the remaining fees from here.

University Result Through this feature of the app students and parents can easily know university result of the semester.
